As part of the exterior roofing scope, Great State Roofing completed a full gutter replacement across all nine buildings, installing approximately 2,800 linear feet of seamless gutters and downspouts.

Coordinating gutter replacement with the roofing work also allowed the HOA to address the buildings as complete exterior water-management systems rather than treating the roof and gutters as unrelated projects.
